Overview
TOYOTA · ACCESSIBILITY
Mobilityfor All
Designing for freedom of movement in every form.

A public expression of Toyota's shift from automaker to mobility company, built around access from the start.
The Olympic and Paralympic partnership created a moment to show mobility as a human right rather than a category of products.
The digital experience set out to welcome people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities into the same story.
Ambition
The ambition
Expand the meaning of movement beyond the automobile.
Toyota's transformation required a narrative broad enough to include personal assistance, emerging mobility devices, connected services, and the changing ways people navigate the world.
The work framed that ambition through individual needs and possibilities, keeping people, not technology, at the center.

Access
Access by design
Treat accessibility as the foundation of the experience, not a compliance layer.
Content structure, interaction, contrast, keyboard access, and assistive-technology behavior were considered together so the experience could remain expressive without becoming exclusionary.
The goal was a site that communicated Toyota's mobility vision while setting a higher standard for how a global brand welcomes different ways of seeing, hearing, understanding, and moving.

System
One system
An inclusive digital language designed to work across stories and abilities.
A modular system allowed complex initiatives to share one clear rhythm while preserving the character of each story.
The final experience demonstrated that accessible design can strengthen brand expression rather than constrain it.
